Who We Are
PromptlyForms is an AI-powered form and survey builder available at promptlyforms.com. We help individuals and businesses create, share, and analyse forms and surveys without writing code. PromptlyForms is operated by a sole trader based in Australia.
What Data We Collect
Account data. When you sign up, we collect your email address. We do not collect your name, phone number, or payment details unless you provide them.
Form responses. If you build forms with PromptlyForms, the responses submitted by your respondents are stored on your behalf. You are the data controller for responses you collect; we are the data processor.
Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This collects anonymised data including pages visited, session duration, device type, and approximate location. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics.
How We Use It
We use the data we collect to:
- Provide and operate the PromptlyForms service
- Improve the product based on how it is used
- Send you account-related emails such as password resets and service notifications
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
Data Storage
User and form data is stored in Supabase, a cloud database provider. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Hosting infrastructure is provided by Vercel. Pages and API requests are served through Vercel's edge network.
Both Supabase and Vercel are SOC 2 compliant providers. For details on their security practices, refer to their respective privacy policies.
Your Rights
GDPR (EEA and UK residents)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Data portability — receive a copy of your data in a machine-readable format
- Object to processing of your data for certain purposes
Australian Privacy Act (Australian residents)
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to request corrections where it is inaccurate.

Cookies
We use a single category of cookies: analytics cookies via Google Analytics, which help us understand how visitors interact with our site. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party marketing cookies.
